1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PianoProfit website (pianoprofit.com) and the purchase of any products or services offered by PianoProfit, owned and operated by Alex Quayson, Accra, Ghana.

By visiting our website or purchasing any product — you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Our Products

PianoProfit sells digital products including but not limited to:

• Ebooks and PDF guides (e.g. "Playing Every Sunday But Still Broke?")
• Online video courses hosted via Telegram
• Digital chord charts and music resources
• Practice plans and workbooks
• Templates and business tools for musicians

All products are digital and delivered electronically. There are no physical products that are shipped.

3. Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price you see at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Selar, Paystack, or Flutterwave. We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), debit and credit cards, and bank transfers where available.

Delivery

After successful payment, your product will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes in rare cases. If you do not receive your product within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us via WhatsApp.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we operate a no-refund policy as a general rule. Once a digital product has been delivered — the transaction is complete.

However, we are fair people. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
• You paid but never received your product despite a correct email address and checking your spam folder
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the sales page

To request a refund under any of the above circumstances, contact us via WhatsApp at +233 242 846 315 within 7 days of your purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will not be considered.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Technical issues on the buyer's device that prevent opening a PDF or accessing Telegram

5. Intellectual Property

All content sold by PianoProfit — including ebooks, PDF guides, video lessons, chord charts, scripts, templates, and all written content — is the intellectual property of Alex Quayson / PianoProfit and is protected by copyright.

What you may do

• Download and use the product for your own personal learning and business development
• Reference ideas or strategies from the product in your own work with attribution
• Share genuine testimonials about the product publicly

What you may NOT do

• Share, distribute, resell, or give away any PianoProfit product without written permission
• Upload any PianoProfit content to any public platform, file sharing site, or social media
• Reproduce or copy substantial portions of any product for your own commercial use
• Claim authorship of any PianoProfit content
• Use PianoProfit content to create competing products

6. Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Results

PianoProfit's products provide education, strategies, and tools to help musicians build income from their music skills. However, results depend entirely on the individual's effort, consistency, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

The income figures mentioned in our products and marketing — such as GHS 22,000 first month and GHS 98,000 lifetime sales — are real results achieved by Alex Quayson personally. These are not guarantees of what you will earn. Your results may be different depending on your specific situation, skill level, and how consistently you apply the strategies.

PianoProfit makes no guarantees of specific income, results, or outcomes from the use of our products. We provide information and education — the results are in your hands.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoProfit and Alex Quayson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our products
• Any decisions made based on information in our products
• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
• Technical issues with third-party platforms such as Selar, Paystack, or Telegram

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product related to the claim.

8. User Conduct

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information at checkout
• Use our products only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Not engage in any behaviour that could damage PianoProfit's reputation
